Disability Through the Screen delves into the experiences and perspectives of over 100 prominent disabled individuals within the entertainment industry, interviewed by Disability in Hollywood, an educational social media initiative. Six distinct teams of creatives will focuses on different crucial aspects of disability representation, inclusion, and challenges faced by individuals who help create the content we all watch. These sections will be edited together to create a larger whole that allows for a range of different perspectives and points of view. The documentary aims to illuminate the historical context, current realities, and future aspirations of disabled individuals in media.
