In 1940s Hollywood, three Script Girls, talented but disregarded, harbor dreams of making their mark in the film industry. However, faced with pervasive discrimination and skepticism, their aspirations seem like distant fantasies. 

Fate intervenes in the form of a peculiar opportunity. They stumble upon an anonymous call for submissions to write a film script that sparks defiance in them. 

Making use of a cast of unique personalities, the Script Girls use their wits and resourcefulness to build their script against the backdrop of global fascism.
